My first impression was that the custom size looked really close to what I needed. After trying it on, the fit was almost right, not perfect, but definitely not far off either.

Fit was good overall, and the finish looked decent. I did notice a few tiny flaws here and there, but nothing too major for me.

I was trying to look around the site, but the menus were confusing me more than I expected. Like, I kept clicking around and not really finding where I was supposed to go, which was a bit frustrating...

I didn’t have the best experience dealing with Barron Designs customer service. I kept feeling like I was going in circles, like I’d ask something simple and somehow still not have a clear answer. And then I’d have to check back again, which gets old fast, especially when you’re just trying to get one issue handled.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day, or maybe other people had a totally different experience, who knows. But for me, it was annoying and kind of disappointing. I expected the whole thing to be smoother, and instead it felt like my concern just wasn’t a big deal to them...

Up close, the texture just doesn’t pass for real stone. It has that fake, manufactured look, and I feel like products should be a lot clearer when they’re trying to imitate a natural material. From a distance it’s okay, but if you care about it looking authentic, this probably isn’t it.

I was expecting this to be a whole thing. I’m not exactly the handiest person, but the panels were straightforward. Instructions actually made sense, which helped a lot. Cutting the pieces wasn’t bad either, just used basic tools. The corners slowed me down a bit. Mostly because I kept second-guessing myself. But once I got through that, it all came together. Wall looks good now, and I’m happy with it.

The panels definitely changed the look of the room in a good way, and I’m happy with the overall effect. That said, the install took longer than I expected, and a couple of the pieces had to be trimmed to fit right. It looks decent now, though it’s not perfectly smooth in a few spots. My final take: worth it if you’re patient with the setup, but don’t expect it to be completely hassle-free.

Overall, the panels look nice, so I’m not super upset or anything. But the color was a little different from what I saw on the website. I thought it was going to be a bit warmer, and when it showed up, it just wasn’t quite that. Not the end of the world, but yeah, a little disappointing after waiting for it. I’d probably order samples next time if that’s an option.

They got back to me quickly and answered the questions I had. One message took a little longer than I expected, but that kind of thing always happens with customer service. Overall, the communication was good and I didn’t feel left hanging.

A few of the panels showed up damaged, which was disappointing enough on its own. I reached out to get it sorted, but the whole process was way more difficult than it needed to be. Everyone was polite enough, but I had to keep following up and it felt like pulling teeth. I appreciate that they eventually tried to help, but I’m still not really satisfied with how it was handled

I really wanted to like this, but it just feels way too light and kind of cheap in hand. I kept trying to convince myself it was fine, but it started to feel frustrating, like I was begging it to feel more solid than it actually is. Not for me

Put these panels on a porch wall, and so far they’ve handled rain and sun just fine. Had one corner get a tiny chip during install, but nothing too noticeable. Overall, seems solid.

I did like some of the panels, and I was interested enough to keep looking, but the pricing got murky fast. Once I started checking different sizes, trim options, and add-ons, I couldn’t tell what I’d actually end up paying.
I’m not saying the product is bad, but I get wary when the website sounds all polished and reassuring while the actual cost is still hard to figure out. I’d just rather see the pricing laid out plainly before I’m already halfway into the process.

The samples arrived fine, but they didn’t really help me make a decision. I was hoping I’d get a better gut feeling once I saw them in person, but I still felt kind of unsure afterward.

The return process itself was easy, and even though I had to wait a bit, the refund did eventually come through. That said, after the delay, I was kind of expecting some sort of small compensation or gesture for the inconvenience.

I ordered a few wall panels from Barron Designs, and most of everything showed up the way I expected. The color and style were really what I was going for, so I was happy with that part.

One of the trim pieces ended up being the wrong size though, which set me back a bit. Customer service did help, but it took a little back and forth to get it sorted out. Not a bad experience, really, just not quite as smooth as I hoped...

I stopped in sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and was happy with the selection. There were a lot of options to look through, and I ended up finding what I needed without any trouble.

The product itself looks fine, but wow, the instructions made the install way more annoying than it needed to be!! A few steps felt like they were skipped or barely explained, and the pictures didn’t really clear anything up. I ended up guessing on little things and searching online just to figure it out. For the price, I really expected better directions. It’s not a terrible product, but the setup was definitely frustrating.

The panels do look really good once they’re up , and they were easy to work with overall . I just don’t know if the price fully lines up with the quality , especially after shipping was added in . I’m happy with how it turned out , but I do wish it felt a bit more affordable

My order took way longer than expected to arrive, and with barely any real updates, I felt kind of stuck just waiting with no idea what was going on. Frustrating, honestly
